India rises as telecom leader with BSNL revival

India is now a leader in telecom, with both services and products growing rapidly, said Union Minister Jyotiraditya M. Scindia. The number of customers and optical fibre networks has increased greatly. Internet and broadband connections have grown a lot over the years.

Scindia said India is one of the biggest digital nations. He praised BSNL for its financial success after 18 years of losses. The company has made large profits, and its losses have dropped significantly.

The country is also using homegrown 4G technology and has made great progress with 4G towers. The government has improved telecom security, stopping scams and connecting over 750 organizations for better cooperation.
