Police warn of discord with lawyers on court orders

The Nigerian Police Force is worried about the lack of coordination between police officers and lawyers when enforcing court orders. CSP Nura Sa’idu, from the Legal Department of Zone 1 Headquarters, shared this concern at a meeting aimed at improving cooperation between the police and lawyers. He said the lack of teamwork causes delays in carrying out court orders, which affects justice and public peace. CSP Nura stressed the importance of defining each party’s role to avoid conflicts and problems in the justice system.
