Senegalese goalkeeper Cheikh Touré found dead in Kumasi
Senegalese goalkeeper Cheikh Touré died in Ghana under circumstances that remain under investigation. The Ministry of African Integration and Foreign Affairs stated preliminary findings suggest Touré may have been targeted by a fraud network. The Senegalese Embassy in Accra confirmed his body is at Ebenezer Tarfo morgue in Kumasi within the Ashanti Region. Embassy officials sent two representatives to coordinate with local authorities on administrative procedures, and they will work with the family after obtaining the required authorizations for repatriation.
