Sridhar Vembu urges deep-tech innovators for Bharat Innovates 2026

Sridhar Vembu, Zoho’s Chief Scientist and Co-founder, invited deep-tech innovators from Indian academic institutions and incubators to apply for the Bharat Innovates 2026 event in France. The deadline for submissions is October 26. In a post on X, Vembu encouraged showcasing the deep-tech work happening across India.

The event, planned for June 2026, will highlight India’s innovations at Technology Readiness Levels 3–9. It aims to support and present 100 selected innovations to global industry leaders and investors. Applicants must be from MOE-linked institutions, research labs, or incubators, and their ventures must be legally registered in India.
