Adani Group to build 12.9 km ropeway for Kedarnath pilgrims

Gautam Adani has revealed that the Adani Group is building a massive ropeway to make the pilgrimage to Kedarnath Dham a whole lot easier. With a whopping Rs 4,081 crore investment, this 12.9 km ropeway will slash the 9-hour trek to just 36 minutes. It’s all set to make the journey safer and quicker for thousands of devotees.

This ambitious project, part of the Parvatmala Pariyojana, will carry 1,800 passengers per hour and is expected to boost tourism and create jobs in the region. Adani is clearly proud, calling it a blend of devotion and modern infrastructure, as it honors faith while delivering vital infrastructure. Who knew religious devotion and business could go hand in hand like this?
