Afghanistan Under-19 team to face Bangladesh U-17 in ODI series

The Afghanistan Under-19 cricket team will arrive in Bangladesh on October 20 to play a five-match Youth ODI series against the Bangladesh Under-17 team. The series will provide valuable experience for young Bangladeshi cricketers ahead of future international competitions.

The first two matches will be held at Shaheed Chandu Stadium in Bogura on October 28 and 31, with the remaining three at Rajshahi Divisional Stadium on November 3, 6, and 9. This series will test Bangladesh’s talent as they face a strong Afghan team before the ICC Under-19 World Cup, hosted by Zimbabwe and Namibia.

The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has yet to announce the home squad but is expected to do so soon. The team will aim to take advantage of home conditions and maintain its strong youth cricket record.
