Fooling Around readies Zagreb fest

Zagreb’s Esplanade Hotel will transform its Oleander Terrace into a festive dining and entertainment venue featuring nine themed carriages, each representing collaborations between local restaurants and bars. The seasonal attraction combines casual cuisine from emerging bistro talents with established chef creations, offering extensive vegan and gluten-free options alongside signature cocktails and wines.

Musical programming includes acoustic performances, Latin dance workshops, weekend brunches, and club nights featuring RNB Confusion and FRKA events. Participating venues include Michelin-starred Noel, presenting chef Ivan Temsic’s innovative takes on traditional ingredients, Peti Kupe pairing gourmet sandwiches with Bora Winery selections, and BioMania serving exclusively organic plant-based dishes.

Additional offerings feature SoHo Sushi paired with KOi Bar cocktails, Melt providing festive desserts, and Mate Jankovic’s sausage preparations. Mixologist Filip Lipnik will oversee Central Station, hosting guest bartenders from establishments in Zadar, Belgrade, and Hvar, while pastry chef Klepic Juraj returns following previous success.
