Four more hostages’ remains returned to Israel from Gaza

The Israeli military confirmed the transfer of four more deceased hostages from Gaza, following a ceasefire agreement. These remains were handed over to the Red Cross and then brought to Israel for forensic testing. On Monday, four other hostages’ remains were also returned, including Israelis Guy Iluz, Yossi Sharabi, Daniel Peretz, and Nepalese student Bipin Joshi.

The hostages’ families expressed relief but continued to wait for the return of others. While Israel and Hamas work to meet the ceasefire terms, Israel continues to demand the return of more hostages’ remains.

Israel’s Prime Minister Netanyahu reaffirmed the country’s commitment to bringing all hostages back. Public gatherings in Israel celebrated the return of living hostages and pushed for the return of the dead.
