Giriraj Singh confident of NDA win in Lakhisarai
Union Minister Giriraj Singh expressed confidence in the NDA’s performance in the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections, particularly in Lakhisarai district, where he backed Deputy CM Vijay Sinha’s candidacy. Singh predicted the BJP would win both seats in the district, citing Sinha’s leadership and the development taking place under his tenure.
BJP’s Bihar State President, Dilip Kumar Jaiswal, discussed the coordination between NDA allies in ticket distribution, confirming that decisions had been made through mutual consensus. LJP MP Rajesh Verma reassured that all is well within the alliance, and candidates’ symbols would soon be distributed.
Despite minor internal discussions, the NDA aims to present a unified front as the Bihar elections approach, with voting scheduled for November 6 and 11, 2025, and results to be announced on November 14. The BJP and JD(U) will contest 101 seats each, while LJP (Ram Vilas) will contest 29 seats.
