Indian Navy hosts seminar on cyber threats to maritime security

The Indian Navy is hosting a seminar on Thursday to discuss cyber threats in the maritime sector and their impact on national security and international relations. The event, titled ‘Impact of Cyber Attacks on Maritime Sector and Its Effects on National Security and International Relations,’ will bring together key stakeholders to improve cybersecurity. Jitin Prasada, the Minister of State for IT, will deliver the keynote address.

Panel discussions will cover topics like global cyber threats, civil and military partnerships, and maritime infrastructure. The seminar supports India’s vision for secure cyberspace, focusing on self-reliant digital systems and public-private partnerships. A tech exhibition will showcase cybersecurity and defense innovations by start-ups.
