Irene Nakasiita joins CAC for World PR Forum 2026 in Abuja

The Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) and the Global Alliance for Public Relations and Communication Management have appointed Ms. Irene Nakasiita, President of the Public Relations Association of Uganda (PRAU), to the Continental Advisory Committee (CAC) for the 2026 World Public Relations Forum (WPRF) in Abuja, Nigeria.

The CAC will guide the National Planning Committee, ensuring the event is historic and impactful for Africa. Nakasiita joins a distinguished group of African communication leaders and will contribute to program design, stakeholder engagement, and mobilizing African participation.

Nakasiita expressed gratitude for the opportunity, emphasizing the chance for PRAU to collaborate with peers to advance public relations in Uganda. Dr. Ike Neliaku of NIPR praised her leadership and contributions to public relations across Africa.
