Actress Ishita Dutta took a brief trip to Pune with her parents, stepping away from her children to experience time as a daughter rather than a mother. The performer shared on social media that she felt guilty despite enjoying relaxation activities like spa treatments and sampling local food. She posted a photograph of herself with coffee against scenic views, acknowledging the strange luxury of sitting still without chasing her children around.

Dutta previously traveled with actor husband Vatsal Seth for work commitments, leaving their two children with grandparents. The couple married in November 2017 after meeting on the television series Rishton Ka Saudaagar, Baazigar. Their son, Vayu, arrived in July 2023, followed by their daughter in 2025. Dutta admitted parenthood creates contradictory feelings of wanting breaks while simultaneously missing her children the moment she takes one.
