JD(U) plans fast track candidate list release ahead of Bihar elections

Sanjay Kumar Jha, the working president of JD(U), said the party will release its first list of candidates soon, possibly by this evening. He also mentioned that the Chief Minister’s campaign will begin in Samastipur on Thursday and continue with a rally in Darbhanga.

Jha said the Opposition has not finished deciding on their candidates, but JD(U) has made all the choices. He added that the NDA is united and ready for the elections.

Jha stated that Nitish Kumar makes all final decisions after consulting with others, and he is a democratic leader.

Jha is confident that the NDA will perform better than in 2010, and Nitish Kumar will remain Chief Minister.
