Kavin and Andrea set to unmask Mask

The Tamil film Mask will open in theaters worldwide on Nov. 21, its producers announced on Friday. Director Vikarnan Ashok helmed the project starring actor Kavin in the lead role. Actress Andrea Jeremiah makes her debut as a producer with the movie and also appears in the cast.

Sources close to the production say Jeremiah portrays the antagonist in the film. She previously played a similar character in director Vetri Maran’s Vada Chennai. Kavin appears in an action role for the first time in his career.

National Award winner G V Prakash composed the music while R D Rajashekar handled cinematography. Ramar edited the film and Jacki and Vijay Iyyappan designed the sets. Jeremiah and S.P. Chockalingam jointly produced the project, with Vetri Maran’s Grassroot Film Company presenting it.
