Mbappe’s ankle pain threatens Real Madrid clash

Kylian Mbappe is still dealing with ankle pain, which could affect his chance to play in the upcoming match against Real Madrid and Getafe.

Mbappe will train with the team on Friday and Saturday to check his condition before a final decision is made about his participation in the ninth round of La Liga. He hurt his ankle during the match against Villarreal but still played for the French national team against Azerbaijan.

After feeling pain again, Mbappe was substituted in that match and returned to Madrid to begin a recovery plan with the club’s medical team.
