Orbán celebrates Budapest as site for Trump-Putin summit

However, the summit raises legal complications, as Hungary is a signatory to the International Criminal Court, which issued an arrest warrant for Putin. Orbán has indicated he would ignore this obligation. As Budapest prepares for the summit, it stands as a symbol of the complex dynamics of power and diplomacy.
