Pakistan Army airstrike kills 6 in Zehri

At least six civilians, including four children, were killed and three others critically injured in an airstrike by the Pakistani Army in Balochistan’s Zehri region, a rights group said Tuesday. The Baloch National Movement’s human rights wing, Paank, reported the October 5 bombing targeted the Moola Pass area in Charhi. Victims included Manzoor Ahmed, his two children, a nephew, Bibi Rahima, and her child. Two more children were seriously hurt.

Paank condemned the strike and called for an independent probe. Baloch Voice for Justice also demanded accountability, labeling the attack a violation of human rights. Activist Tara Chand accused the army of targeting civilians and depriving locals of basic needs. Global rights groups have been urged to investigate.
