Rasika Dugal celebrates five years of Mirzapur 2

Rasika Dugal marked five years since the release of Mirzapur Season 2 by sharing a video of her character, Beena Tripathi, on social media. She captioned the post with a nostalgic note and a line from the show: “Kaleen Bhaiya ki Dulhan hai hum, koi kuch kahe toh zinda gadhwan dein.” The series centers on crime lord Akhandanand “Kaleen” Tripathi, who dominates the Mirzapur district in Uttar Pradesh.

The second season brought back most of the original cast, with additions like Vijay Varma and Priyanshu Painyuli. In a recent interview, Dugal spoke about the challenge of returning to Beena, saying she aims to stay true to her own instincts rather than outside expectations. She emphasized the value of letting characters grow as people do. Her next project, Delhi Crime Season 3, premieres on Netflix on November 13, 2025, and explores a human trafficking case inspired by real events. Shefali Shah reprises her role as DCP Vartika Chaturvedi.
