Thabo Mbeki Foundation launches African Renaissance Podcast with Mbuyiseni Ndlozi

The Thabo Mbeki Foundation launches its African Renaissance Podcast on Monday with Dr Mbuyiseni Ndlozi as host. The weekly program will air every Monday at 3 p.m. South African time across YouTube, Spotify and Apple Podcast platforms.

Foundation CEO Max Boqwana said the show aims to advance African self-sufficiency and dignity while challenging colonial narratives. Episodes will feature interviews with leaders, panel discussions and conversations with former President Thabo Mbeki about continental development.

Ndlozi brings political experience as an EFF member of Parliament and academic expertise to lead discussions on decolonization and social justice. The foundation appointed him as Senior Fellow to drive transformative conversations across Africa and its diaspora.

The organization has promoted African Renaissance ideals since 2010 through leadership programs and public engagement. Each 60-minute episode will examine political, economic and cultural topics affecting the continent.
