Udinese confirms Maduka Okoye’s return after suspension

Nani, the Technical Director of Udinese, confirmed that goalkeeper Maduka Okoye has returned to the team. Okoye came back after serving a two-month suspension for betting offenses. Nani said the 26-year-old’s return will help strengthen the squad. Okoye joined Udinese in 2023 and became the main goalkeeper before his suspension. Nani also mentioned that the coach will decide if Okoye will play in his usual position. Udinese’s next match is against Cremonese on October 20.
