Uttarakhand to host AI pre-summit ahead of India-AI 2026

The Uttarakhand state government will host the Uttarakhand AI Impact Summit 2025 on October 17 in Dehradun, in collaboration with the India AI Mission and the Ministry of Electronics and IT. This pre-summit is a lead-up to the India-AI Impact Summit 2026, which will be held in New Delhi on February 19-20, 2026.

Focused on “AI for All,” the pre-summit aims to use artificial intelligence for social inclusion, innovation, and better public services. It will bring together policymakers, industry leaders, startups, and academics to discuss AI’s role in Uttarakhand’s Digital vision and responsible AI use.

The event will highlight AI applications, entrepreneurial projects, and presentations from startups supported by IIM Kashipur and STPI Dehradun. The upcoming India-AI Impact Summit 2026 will emphasize AI’s potential to drive inclusive and sustainable development.
