Vishal takes over as director of ‘Magudam’ amid creative rift
Rumors suggest that actor Vishal has taken over as the director of his upcoming film Magudam, after creative differences with director Ravi Arasu. The film, now in its final stages of shooting, was initially helmed by Ravi Arasu, but video clips on social media show Vishal giving instructions to the crew. No official statement has been made by either Vishal or Ravi Arasu regarding the change.
Vishal stars in the film alongside Dushara Vijayan and Anjali. Dushara has completed her portions, and the team began the final shooting schedule in Chennai. Magudam is produced by R B Choudhary’s Super Good Films and marks the 99th film of the production house. The film features a strong technical team, with Richard M. Nathan as cinematographer and G.V. Prakash Kumar composing the music.
