Walton partners with Argentina football team in landmark deal
Tech giant Walton has become a regional official sponsor for Argentina’s National Football Team in Bangladesh. The partnership, signed for one year, gives Walton all branding rights for the team in Bangladesh. This means players like Lionel Messi and Emiliano Martinez will appear in Walton’s marketing activities.
The deal was announced by the Argentine Football Association (AFA) on their official Facebook page, where players were seen alongside Walton’s factory and products. The partnership has excited football fans in Bangladesh, especially with the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup. Walton’s Chief Marketing Officer, Zoheb Ahmed, highlighted that this marks the first time a Bangladeshi brand has partnered with Argentina, helping Walton grow globally.
