Zarif Abrar upsets top seed to reach Bangladesh tennis semifinals

Bangladesh’s young tennis star, Zarif Abrar, reached the semifinals of the 35th Bangladesh World Tennis Tour Junior J-30 tournament. He defeated second-ranked Indian player Shaunak Chatterjee 2-1 in a thrilling quarter-final match that lasted over three hours. After losing the first set 7-5, Zarif came back strong, winning the second set 6-2. The third set was intense, with Zarif trailing 3-5 but fighting back to win 7-5. Zarif attributed his victory to luck and is confident about his chances in the semifinals, aiming to win the championship.
