Bashundhara Shuvosangho holds health and hygiene awareness event at Satkhira school

An awareness program on children’s health and hygiene was held at Kalaroa Government Primary School in Satkhira for Global Handwashing Day 2025. Organized by Bashundhara Shuvosangho’s Kalaroa unit, the event was led by Faruk Hossain Raj and conducted by Mahirul Islam. The program featured a demonstration by the school’s “Khude Doctor Dal” (Little Doctors Team) on proper handwashing techniques, encouraging students to wash hands frequently to stay disease-free. The event ended with the distribution of hygiene items like soap and toothpaste. Faruk Hossain Raj emphasized that teaching cleanliness from childhood ensures healthy, conscious citizens. The program was praised by the school and local community.
