Amit Shah celebrates NSG Raising Day, announces Ayodhya hub

Union Home Minister Amit Shah greeted the National Security Guard (NSG) on its Raising Day, praising the force for its combat excellence and sacrifice. In a post on X, he saluted the NSG personnel and honored the martyrs who gave their lives for the nation’s security.

At the 41st Raising Day ceremony in Manesar, Shah called the NSG India’s “strongest shield against terrorism and organised crime.” He highlighted the force’s critical role in operations like the Akshardham temple attack and the 26/11 Mumbai attacks.

Shah also announced the establishment of a new NSG hub in Ayodhya, increasing the force’s reach across seven major hubs in India. He reiterated India’s “zero terrorism policy” under Prime Minister Modi.
