Amitabh Bachchan shares Diwali pic amid family rumours

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan shared a Diwali greeting on Instagram with a family photo that included Jaya Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Aaradhya Bachchan, Shweta Bachchan, Navya Naveli Nanda, Agastya Nanda, and Nikhil Nanda. His caption read simply, “Happy + Diwali = Happy Diwali.”

The post arrived amid ongoing rumors about Aishwarya and Abhishek’s relationship, though the couple continues to appear together publicly. Earlier in October, Amitabh turned 83, and Aishwarya marked the occasion by sharing a photo of him with Aaradhya, writing, “Happy Birthday dearest Pa-Dadajiii. Love and God bless always.”

On the work front, Amitabh will narrate the opening scene of 120 Bahadur, a film based on the 1962 India-China war and the Battle of Rezang La. Farhan Akhtar, who plays Major Shaitan Singh Bhati, made the request during an episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati, where he appeared with his father Javed Akhtar to celebrate Amitabh’s birthday. The film, shot in Ladakh, releases on November 21, 2025.
