Angelov says funds for young doctors’ pay secured
Parliament’s Health Committee chairman Kostadin Angelov confirmed that funding for young physician salaries has been finalized and will reach medical facilities through designated allocations rather than clinical pathway distribution. Speaking at the Grand Hotel Millennium during the annual Doctors We Trust awards ceremony organized by newspaper 24 Chasa, Angelov pledged legislative support for measures enabling better patient care while eliminating bureaucratic obstacles to medical practice.
The recognition program honors physicians selected by their own patients for exceptional service.
