Barcelona furious with Lewandowski over injury setback

Barcelona is upset with Robert Lewandowski after he injured himself again while playing for Poland against Lithuania. Lewandowski hurt the same muscle he had injured earlier in the season, but chose to continue playing, which made the injury worse.

Medical exams showed he will be out for a month, missing the El Clásico against Real Madrid and several other matches. Barcelona is frustrated because Lewandowski should have stopped when he felt pain to avoid further injury, especially at 37 years old. The injury also comes at a critical time for contract renewal talks.
