Blitz control, parliamentary session to feature key government officials today

The National Assembly has scheduled both blitz and regular parliamentary control for its session. Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov and his deputy prime ministers are set to answer urgent oral questions from lawmakers concerning general government policy. This session was rescheduled from the previous week after the executive branch officials cited urgent commitments.

For the regular Friday parliamentary control, Deputy Prime Ministers Atanas Zafirov and Grozdan Karadjov will be present. They will be joined by several ministers, including Manol Genov, Silvi Kirilov, Petar Dilov, Zhecho Stankov, Ivan Peshev, Georg Georgiev, Georgi Tahov, and Ivan Ivanov. The officials will respond to inquiries from members of parliament.
