Borisov’s fury over Pazardzhik elections, corruption claims surface
Emanuel Yordanov stated that the Directorate in Pazardzhik failed during the elections, which led to Borisov’s frustration with Daniel Mitov. He mentioned that there has been a long-standing issue with the Ministry of Interior leadership, which Borisov ignored. Yordanov emphasized that Borisov should take responsibility for his personal choices.
Roman Vassilev commented on the oddity of a citizen’s arrest and missing evidence shown on television, questioning the Ministry’s actions. He also noted that the problem lies in how the elections were conducted, not the elections themselves.
Both Yordanov and Vassilev discussed issues with the legitimacy of Prosecutor General Borislav Sarafov and the handling of the Varna Mayor’s arrest. They criticized the judicial system for mishandling cases like that of Kotsev.
