Hamas cracks down on Gaza, executes suspected collaborators
Hamas increased its control over Gaza on Tuesday, cracking down on suspected Israeli collaborators and outlaws. A video emerged showing the execution of eight blindfolded suspects accused of collaboration. This came amid ongoing clashes between Hamas security forces and armed Palestinian clans.
The Israeli military confirmed the transfer of four more deceased hostages from Gaza, following the earlier release of surviving captives. While Hamas continues its security operations, there is growing support from civilians for the restoration of order.
Meanwhile, US President Donald Trump vowed to disarm Hamas quickly and possibly violently, emphasizing the need for Gaza’s demilitarization. Palestinians, however, expressed relief as police patrols returned, bringing a sense of safety after the war.
