Ibrahim Diaz fights for Real Madrid spotlight under Alonso

Ibrahim Diaz is fighting to secure his spot at Real Madrid after shining in recent matches, showing strong stats despite limited time, Spanish newspaper AS reports. This season, he has played just 240 minutes in all competitions, scoring once and assisting twice, with a goal contribution every 80 minutes, proving his efficiency in attack.

Diaz, 26, has not started since the Real Sociedad game on Sept. 13 but has made the most of his minutes under coach Xabi Alonso, finding the net against Kairat and assisting against Villarreal. The situation mirrors his return from Milan, when he won over Carlo Ancelotti by working hard every day.

With heavy competition for places, Diaz is using each chance to push for a bigger role and could become key for Madrid soon.
