India’s office leasing surges, Bengaluru leads

India’s office space market grew a lot in the third quarter of 2025. More people rented offices, and there were fewer empty spaces. The number of offices rented was 31% higher than last year. The number of new offices built also grew by 44%.

Bengaluru had the least empty office space at 9.2%. Hyderabad had the most empty offices, with 22%. Developers and landlords raised rents in many cities. The technology sector rented the most office space, with 31% of the total.
