Kotsev names Snezhana Apostolova acting Varna mayor

Varna Mayor Blagomir Kotsev designated Deputy Snezhana Apostolova as interim municipal leader while he takes paid vacation. The appointment follows legal provisions under Article 39 of local governance legislation and represents another temporary delegation of authority similar to previous arrangements since mid-year.

Municipal officials, the regional governor and district administrators received notification of the administrative change.
