Liverpool eyeing Nico Schlotterbeck in winter transfer window

The German newspaper ‘Bild’ reported that Liverpool is seriously considering signing German defender Nico Schlotterbeck in the upcoming winter transfer window. Schlotterbeck, who rejected a contract extension with Borussia Dortmund, could leave the club, as his current deal runs until the summer of 2027.

The young defender has attracted interest from top European clubs, including Real Madrid and Barcelona, but Liverpool is particularly keen due to his left-footed play and defensive intelligence.
