Modi government feeds millions with free food grains in Dhamtari

Under Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India has enough food grains for everyone. Food is being given at low prices or for free to help all people, especially those who are poor. In Chhattisgarh’s Dhamtari district, families get 30 kg of food grains from the state and 5 kg per person from the central government. Many poor families no longer need to worry about meals every day.

The government wants no one to go hungry. Millions of people are getting food help, which helps them live with dignity. This program helped many families when COVID-19 stopped work and businesses.

Vinita Kothari, a beneficiary, said her family gets 35 kg of food each month. Tribal families also get grains and other basic food items.
