MOE to introduce Character Education in 2027 curriculum
The Ministry of Education (MOE) will introduce Character Education in the 2027 school curriculum to help students develop noble and responsible character.
At the preschool level, the program will be integrated into daily learning activities. For primary and secondary schools, 60 minutes per week will be dedicated to character-building activities.
The initiative aims to teach values, encourage positive behavior, and promote good manners in students’ daily lives. It reflects MOE’s commitment to developing a well-rounded generation, balancing academics, values, and identity.
