Murmu urges tribal development at Adi Karmayogi conclave

President Droupadi Murmu emphasized the government’s efforts to promote the development of tribal communities. She highlighted that the nation’s true progress depends on the development of all its people, including the tribals.

Speaking at the ‘Adi Karmayogi Abhiyan’ conclave, she said the government’s initiatives aim to provide education, health, employment, and equal opportunities in governance for tribal communities. She also presented awards to the best-performing states and districts.

Murmu expressed confidence that the Adi Karmayogi Abhiyan and the Tribal Action Framework will support tribal development and empower local institutions. She added that tribal traditions remind us that development should respect nature and balance progress with environmental harmony.
