Myanmar deputy minister tours China media giants

Myanmar’s deputy minister for information traveled through southern China on Sunday afternoon with his delegation, touring multiple technology and media facilities in Guangxi. U Ye Tint visited three locations after attending the opening ceremonies for the 2025 ASEAN Partner Media Cooperation Week, an event organized jointly by China Media Group and regional government authorities.

The group inspected operations at Guangxi Shanhai Xincheng Cultural Media Development, the China-ASEAN Artificial Intelligence Collaborative Innovation Centre, and Mingyu Technology. Earlier on Saturday morning, the delegation observed broadcast procedures at Guangxi Television Station as part of efforts to strengthen bilateral relations and expand partnerships between Chinese and Myanmar media organizations. The officials concluded their itinerary with a tour of the Qin Xiu Mountain Range.
