Orange and yellow weather warnings issued for heavy rain in Bulgaria

Orange alerts cover Pernik, Sofia region, portions of Montana, Vidin, Kyustendil, and Sofia city, while yellow advisories extend to Vratsa, Pleven, Lovech, Blagoevgrad, and Pazardzhik.

Meteorologists predict intense downpours and thunderstorms will strike western and central areas before spreading eastward by evening. South-southwest winds will strengthen moderately, with temporary gusts north of mountain ranges. Temperatures will range between 14 and 19 degrees Celsius, with the capital reaching approximately 14 degrees.
