PH to announce candidates for Sabah state election in November

Pakatan Harapan (PH) will announce its full list of candidates for the 17th Sabah State Election in early November, according to Sabah PKR Leadership Council chairman Datuk Mustapha Sakmud. PH plans to field candidates for 23 out of the 73 state legislative assembly seats.

Mustapha explained that the candidates will include a mix of experienced politicians, newcomers, technocrats, former civil servants, and branch-level leaders. The final list will be approved and announced by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

Nominations for the Sabah State Election are set for November 15, with early voting on November 25 and polling on November 29.
