Road closures for ASEAN Summit to be temporary, says Fahmi Fadzil

Road closures during the 47th Asean Summit will be temporary and occur only at specific times, not for 24 hours or as a full lockdown, said Communications Minister Datuk Fahmi Fadzil.

He explained that the closures would happen mainly when visiting leaders travel from the airport or air base to the summit venue or their accommodations. Once the convoys pass, the roads will reopen.

Fahmi advised the public to plan their travel and follow official traffic updates to ensure smooth movement during the summit.
