Tanishaa shares Tanuja Jaya reunion pic

Tanishaa Mukerji posted a photograph on social media that showed her mother, Tanuja, with actress Jaya Bachchan. The image captured both women wearing silk sarees at what appeared to be a celebration. Tanuja selected a pastel green garment with pearls, while Bachchan chose pink and orange fabric with gold details and a ruby ring.

The two performers dominated Hindi cinema between the 1960s and 1980s. Tanuja appeared in Jewel Thief, Haathi Mere Saathi, Anubhav, and Mere Jeevan Saathi. Bachchan starred in Guddi, Abhiman, Koshish, Chupke Chupke, Mili, Sholay, and Zanjeer.

Both actresses come from prominent film families. Tanuja married filmmaker Shomu Mukherjee and had daughters Kajol and Tanishaa. Bachchan wed Amitabh Bachchan at her career peak and is mother to Abhishek Bachchan and Shweta Bachchan Nanda.
