Wike praises Tinubu’s financial reforms at OSEX road project launch

Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, praised President Bola Tinubu for improving the financial situation of states and the FCT. He credited Tinubu’s decision to remove the fuel subsidy for the country’s financial turnaround, which has allowed states to fund projects without relying on debt. Wike also mocked his former critics who are now in the ruling APC, suggesting they should thank him for his efforts. Regarding the Outer Southern Expressway (OSEX) project, Wike said it would ease traffic and improve Abuja’s infrastructure, while the Minister of State and other officials highlighted its benefits for residents and job creation.
