Woman’s body found in fridge, husband missing in Dhaka
Police found a woman’s body in a deep fridge at a home in Kalabagan, Dhaka, late Monday. Sub-Inspector Md Jihan of Kalabagan Police Station said the woman’s husband, Nazrul Islam, is missing and is the main suspect. According to the victim’s eldest daughter, Nazrul woke up their two daughters early Tuesday, took them out, and locked the house. When they asked about their mother, he claimed she had left with someone else and then dropped them at his in-law’s home in Adabor. Suspecting something was wrong, the daughters alerted relatives, who called the police. Officers later discovered the woman’s body in the fridge.
