Yangon welcomes victorious Tatmadaw members from frontlines

A ceremony was held at a military unit in Indaing Village, Hlegu Township, to welcome returning Tatmadaw members from frontline duties. The event was attended by Yangon Command Deputy Commander Brigadier General Tun Tun Oo, alongside officials, military families, and residents.

The attendees expressed their delight and paid tribute to the soldiers, greeting them with sprigs of Eugenia, garlands, and flowers. The celebration included the beating of traditional drums and featured lively music and dancing. The military was recognized for its service in safeguarding lives and property and for its commitment to regional stability and counter-terrorism operations.
