Yhemolee blasts online beggars, compares them to street panhandlers

Nigerian singer and actor Yhemolee expressed his frustration with the increasing trend of online begging. In a recent post, he criticized social media for becoming a platform where people often seek financial help from strangers.

Yhemolee pointed out that the main difference between street beggars and online beggars is internet access. He noted that when posting pictures, the first comments often include account numbers asking for money. He added that he is frustrated with those who have “mastered the art of begging” and asked them to refrain from commenting on his posts.

Yhemolee rose to fame with his hit song “Mon Cheri” and roles in Nollywood films like “Gangs of Lagos” and “Alakada: Bad and Boujee.”
