Bashundhara Shuvosangho holds fire safety awareness session in Pabna

Bashundhara Shuvosangho conducted a fire safety training program at Singa Government Primary School in Pabna municipality on Sunday. Mohammad Abdur Razzak from Pabna Fire Service and Civil Defence led demonstrations showing students how to use extinguishers and respond to emergencies. More than 100 pupils attended the session that featured practical firefighting exercises.

Razzak explained that identifying fire sources and calling emergency services prevents major disasters. He stressed that accurate information helps responders act quickly. District president Mahbubul Alam Faruk said awareness programs reduce accidents and protect resources.

Teachers and students watched live demonstrations of extinguishing. School headteacher Surmi Parvin joined other local officials at the event. Organizers called for homes and schools to maintain basic firefighting equipment and knowledge about prevention methods.
