Book boost as Pathagriho Café gets new pages

The Bashundhara Shuvosangho organization in Mymensingh has donated over one hundred books to the local Pathagriho Café to promote reading. District unit President Nafiul Hasan Mubin led the handover ceremony, which was attended by several organizational advisers.

Pathagriho Café, founded by Istaq Ahmed Tarek, has become a popular community space for readers, fostering knowledge and creative exchange through various discussions and activities. Istaq Ahmed Tarek expressed that receiving the book collection was a joyful event that would further motivate their patrons.

President Nafiul Hasan Mubin stated that the organization consistently supports humanitarian causes, adding that literature helps young people develop new perspectives and a deeper understanding of society. He believes the donated books will enhance the café’s literary environment.
